A truly powerful moment unfolded when this amazing couple who are Life Group leaders, who have lovingly fostered over 80 children, brought along two girls currently under their care, aged 15 and 12 to our Leaders Meeting. The 15-year-old shared that she felt Jesus calling her by name and wanted to know more about Him. Conversations had already begun the night before, and at the end of our meeting, there was an opportunity to unpack the gospel further. Right then and there, she made the life-changing decision to accept the Lord, realizing that God had been reaching out to her in the midst of her struggles. Even more incredibly, she recognized repeated generational patterns of abuse, domestic violence, and dysfunction in her family history. We prayed together to break those chains, believing for complete restoration and new beginnings. The Life Group leaders continued to journey with them while they remained in their care, providing Bibles, devotionals, and encouragement to help them grow in faith. She has been encouraged to find a church, read the Bible, and follow the Lord wherever life takes her. This is the Kingdom at work - multiplication, transformation, and breakthrough!
